I started in visual design, but quickly learned that at scale, design is about building clear, reliable systems, not just polished interfaces.
Over the past 6+ years, I’ve designed and led high-impact consumer experiences used by millions, including camera and AI-driven features at Samsung. I specialize in turning complex, ambiguous problems into structured, intuitive systems improving discoverability, usability, and engagement across large-scale products.
My approach is grounded in user behavior, data, and iteration. From driving a 28% drop-off reduction and 15% conversion lift at Apollo 247 to scalable interaction patterns and design systems at Samsung, I focus on outcomes that are measurable and sustainable.
I think in systems, design for scale, and prioritize clarity, building experiences that are not only intuitive in the moment, but consistent and reliable over time.

01
How do you balance user needs with business goals?
I treat this as a constraint solving exercise, not a trade-off. I align user problems with measurable business outcomes early mapping user journeys to metrics like conversion, retention, or engagement. My process typically includes defining success metrics upfront, validating with quick testings and iterating toward solutions that serve both sides.
02
How do you lead and mentor design teams?
I have two years of experienced in leading team. I focus on creating clarity and autonomy. That means setting a strong design vision, establishing principles, and enabling designers to make decisions confidently. I run structured critiques, encourage systems thinking, and tailor mentorship based on individual growth areas whether that’s craft, storytelling, or stakeholder management.
03
How do you handle stakeholder disagreements?
I anchor discussions in user data and shared goals. When opinions clash, I reframe the conversation around evidence, user insights, experiments, or benchmarks. If needed, I propose quick validation (A/B tests, prototypes) to de-risk decisions.
04
How do you measure design success?
Success is not just usability it’s impact. Depending on the project, I track a mix of:
User metrics (task success, time on task, satisfaction)
Product metrics (engagement, retention, feature adoption)
Business metrics (revenue, conversion, cost reduction)
I also look at long-term signals like behaviour change and ecosystem stickiness.
05
What is your approach to building scalable design systems?
I see design systems as products, not libraries. I focus on adoption over perfection starting small, solving real team pain points, and iterating. I collaborate closely with engineering, define governance models, and ensure the system evolves with product needs rather than becoming a constraint.
